Window Cleaning Service Agreement

1. Contract Term & Continuation

This agreement begins on the date signed and remains active for a minimum of 12 months (four total services).

After the 12-month period ends, services continue automatically at the same frequency unless canceled with 5 days' written notice.

2. Billing & Payment Authorization

Customer authorizes Sqweek Home Services LLC to charge the debit/credit card on file:

• At the time of service, or
• In monthly or other installment options if selected

A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% yearly) is applied to balances more than 30 days past due. Returned payments may incur a $20 returned-payment fee.

Sqweek reserves the right to pause or cancel service on any account with an outstanding balance.

3. Winter Service Adjustment

All scheduled services performed January through March will default to interior window cleaning unless weather allows for exterior service.

If Sqweek cannot access the interior at arrival, the service automatically reverts to exterior cleaning.

4. Early Termination Policy

The discounted initial service is given in exchange for the full 12-month commitment.

If the customer:

• Cancels before completing four services,
• Refuses a scheduled service, or
• Declines to pay for completed work,

Then an early termination fee applies:

• If billed monthly/quarterly → equal to three (3) months of billing
• If paying per-service → equal to one service price

After four completed services (Month 10+), the customer may cancel without penalty.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Customers must give 48 hours notice to reschedule. Short-notice reschedules may incur a $50 fee.

Billing continues on schedule regardless of rescheduled dates.

6. Warranty & Service Limitations

Sqweek guarantees that windows will be cleaned according to the listed service items.

Items not included unless specifically purchased:

• Interior windows except during winter service
• Detailed screen washing or screen mesh repairs
• Removal of construction debris, paint, silicone, or hard-water etching
• Deep track cleaning requiring disassembly
• Third- or fourth-story areas inaccessible by a 28-ft ladder
• Roof areas unsafe due to pitch, ice, or obstacles
• Removal of gutter guards (if gutter cleaning is added)

If a customer is unsatisfied, Sqweek will return for a touch-up if notified within 48 hours of the service.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sqweek Home Services LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Pre-existing damage
• Screens, frames, seals, or glass that fail due to aging or manufacturer defects

Sqweek's maximum liability is the lesser of $1,000 or the total paid in the last six (6) months.

8. Cancellation Method

To cancel, the customer must contact Sqweek by:

Messages left by text, voicemail, or social media do not count as formal cancellation unless acknowledged in writing by a Sqweek representative.

9. Buyer's Right to Cancel (3-Day Door-to-Door Rule)

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the customer and Sqweek Home Services LLC and replaces all prior written or verbal agreements.

Signing electronically is legally binding.
